WHO ARE WE?

If you want to find out a bit more about 2213 Productions then you're in the right place!
Founded in 2014 over a Raindance 48 Hour Film Challenge (which we went and won), 2213 Film Productions is the creation of Vertti Virkajarvi and Madeleine Martin. Based in both Finland and the UK our goal is to produce independent films with minimal cast, crew and locations, thereby minimising investor risk and maximising revenue.
We're proud of what we do and how much we have achieved in such a short period of time. Our passion for indie film means we are always excited about the latest micro-budget filmmaking/storytelling techniques; and thrive on creating new and exciting projects.
Our name '2213' is taken from the ciper LEET (1337) where letters are substituted for numbers (22 = V + 13 = M) for Vertti + Madeleine.
